I tried the adult-themed stuff in TS1, I'm not really inclined to try it on TS2 - there are lots of adult things on SexySims2 and other websites (from what I've read); so I'm not really sure Danny is willing to venture into something that is being done on other sites, and would venture away from the elegant-ness in his mods.

I saw a mod for a "lap dancer" somewhere just the other day on one of the "adults only" sites I was browsing. Yes, I actually did download something, just not that ( ), and I don't seem to recall which site it was. Actually, I believe it was the one that has the "Sinful Shower" if that helps any.
